This is a quick overview of all the gold symbol locations for the High Mantenence Achievement Easter Egg. There are 2 sets of symbols, 1 in the elevators, and 1 set on the ground, from what i can tell there are 4 symbols on each, i am not sure if they move places like the perks do!

Step 1 - have all 4 players stand on the elevator symbols at the same time, richtofen and maxis will then speak again.
Step 2 - you need to have everyone step on the gold symbols on the map, but NOT at the same time, in a certain random order. then you can move to the next step of the easter egg, i believe you need the sniper at this time and you can shoot the balls out of the dragons mouths.

Info on the new map DLC Die Rise (great leap forward)
Die Rise is an upcoming Zombies map included in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II downloadable content pack Revolution, and the fourteenth Zombies map overall.
Die Rise occurs in a post-apocalyptic Chinese city, where the fight against the zombies takes place on multiple skyscrapers. It is also the first map in Zombies to introduce a true element of verticality including broken elevator shafts, upside down skyscrapers and elevators which can transport perks up and down the floors.

The map contains tighter corridors and long vertical drops, unlike any other Zombies map. It is also noted that there is a meteor shower as seen in the trailer, which is a hint to the easter egg or this occurs randomly throughout the game. The map has also been confirmed to feature new upgradable Wonder Weapons and buildables, similar to TranZit.

Die Rise also features a new enemy, the Minion who look similar to the Denizens. They come during specific waves, and can do short teleports around the environment. They are said to go down easy, but can pick off uncareful stray survivors.
