According to the official size chart, Godzilla's appearance is approximately 393 feet tall—the tallest the kaiju has ever been in its 65-year history. Kong has always been comparatively shorter, standing just 50 feet tall in the 1933 original. In Kong: Skull Island, Kong is a towering 104 feet, though he would still be dwarfed by Godzilla. In their previous match-up, 1962's King Kong vs. Godzilla, Kong is 147 feet to Godzilla's 164 feet. This first footage from Godzilla vs. Kong suggests the great ape will be his tallest ever, but likely still shy of Godzilla's massive proportions.
