Recipe:
Mix 1/4 cup molasses(https://amzn.to/3u5d1QM) with 2 TBSP of Sasquatch BBQ Dirt Beef Blend(https://amzn.to/46Z1Wzd). Coat the steaks with the mix, cover, and let marinade for 4 hours.
Smoke at 225 Manchester Pellets until internal temp reaches 130. Get grill up to 500 degrees and throw the steaks back on for a quick 2 minute sear on each side.
