Quick and short video on how to disable motion blur post-processing effect on Dragon Age Inquisition which is done in this tutorial on windows 11 pro from the Epic games launcher which also goes through EA app launcher but this this should also work for any supported operating systm by the game and through any launcher if any including Steam.
Command: WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
So to turn off and disable the motion blur follow the following steps.
Open a text editor and add the line WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0.
Save as user.cfg in the dragon age inquisition.
