Disgaea PC is a tactical RPG made by Nippon Ichi Software. It's a franchise that has been going on and ofc, still ongoing and living. I might only play up to 3 games only for now, then I'll decide if I will continue the series regardless if I enjoyed the games.
So hey this is the first bits that I will make. While I most of the time consider them as Bonus parts, for a lot of off recordings, I consider them parts while I'm trying to finish the game for now for this playthrough.
Anyway time to talk a bit some of the things.
Capturing Enemies - Well not really surprising for me on this one, considering I had this on my mind, which is what happens when you throw enemies in the base panel, which I already talked about before. The most annoying thing about this, I'm unsure if level/stats still matter, but it won't matter I think anyway, if there's a lot of HP and SP to burn with. Again the best way to capture them, is to lower their HP and SP enough, best if SP at 0, for much more successful capture.
Etna's Journal - Like I said before this run is likely semi-blind, sadly while I was checking D1 Complete's play store page (which again I wish NIS had this on steam already, as it has quality of life improvements), I saw there's another story and yeah, that's how I found out about that one. But still most for now will be blind. So in order to access Etna's Journal, you just basically have to find hidden switches. And there you go. It's a requirement to read it, in order to access Etna's Story I think, if it's available on this version.
Dark Assembly and Transmigrate - welp I have mixed feelings on this one. I guess it could really show demons being demons. So if there are any topics that needs appraisal it's Dark Assembly. In order to access to the deeper topics, you have to do the Promotion Exam. If you successfully do beat the Exam, you get more topics for you to appraise, such as getting more expensive weapons/items at the shop or back to cheaper items. Then there's the assembly. Every time you submit a topic, an assembly hearing will start. Each attendant will have different opinions on the topic, either they are in varying degrees of in favor or in varying degrees of disagreement. You can change those disagreement to in favor, by giving them gifts that they like. Just giving the otherwise, will just hate you more. Sadly like the Item World problem, the gifts are just only again are in inventory, and you only have like 15/16 attempts to persuade any of them, and if they're in either or some of in favor, you have to hope, it's not nay/disagree, also the yeah/agree has to be in much bigger difference/numbers, as small difference is still rejected. If your topic is rejected, either you give up, or you persuade by force. Be careful on persuading by force as some of them may have high a-word levels and
could likely not be able to deal with your current members yet. Also if you hit any agreeing members, they will revert back the vote, and you'll be also fighting them. If you win, then the topic will be accepted, however some of the senators will loathe you next time, so basically another consequence thing. Giving can also give you better consequence for next time assemblies. To summarize, there are two ways to do this, you do gift them and hope they are in agreeing after all of that trouble with the limited inventory, you beat them up, but next time they will be in even worse disagreement, or there's a third option... which is load and reload the save, go to assembly, start voting and hope for the best. Yeah that may sound unreliable, but it's one of the many better options. Then lastly Transmigrate, which is basically a character reset, with carry over stats I think. Basically the same idea as retire in EO, except you can this as many times as you want, however doing so, keep in mind that not only you will lose all Mana after transmigration, but also reset the character's Rank in assembly, meaning you have to do all of the Promotion Exams again.
Again, reminder that currently the run is in semi-blind, and I'm not checking any other else atm.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
