I am so unbelievably happy to finally be able to play these once again and to know that they're now out there for everyone else to enjoy too! You can download the files using the link above to Sugar Software's video. It's in her description. You will need software that can run .swf files on your computer. I used Adobe's Flash Player which you can find here: (https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html) and is available for all major operating systems.
To use the Flash Player Projector (stand alone) all you need to do is open the application using the .exe file, it should be a blank window. Then you need to drag the .swf file on to the blank window and it should show you the game. Many of the webisodes have multiple .swf files. You'll want the files that either have "shell" in the name or end with "game."
