It has some bloopers at the end. Got hit to my head by the ropes of the heavy bag so had to wear some protective goggles. Total punches 250 of which were 188 hits in the six minute section and 62 in the literal rope-a-dope getting it by ropes haha :D Great increases in cardio! Could go on for six minutes in row!!!
