This is a really easy challenge (it's 3 evidence, not zero as the description may suggest). Ask where the ghost is with the Ouija Board (current ghost location, then refer to the map outside of the Chapel in the hallway) or use the Cursed Mirror (ghost's favorite room). Keep your sanity up with the meds. Drop a Tier 3 crucifix in the ghost room and use the Monkey Paw to wish to see the ghost to get the ghost event objective (the T3 crucifix will prevent the hunt). You can also get the ghost event objective with the summoning circle or music box (you must bring the music box close to the ghost to get it to appear, then after 5 second sit will start a hunt, or sooner if it touches the music box). Of course the tarot cards has the Devil card which causes a ghost event, but that's random. Drop an EMF next to the crucifix beforehand to get the EMF objective, since the burning crucifix will give off EMF. Use the Cursed Possessions to get the Low Sanity Objective. You can also use the EMF/crucifix combo in the ghost room with a voodoo doll to check for EMF 5 (and force the ghost to write in the Book, maybe), or just ask the Ouija Board a lot of "how old are you?" questions with an EMF nearby to check for EMF 5.

Unfortunately, EMF 5 and the Ghost Writing Book are the only evidence that you can more or less force with the voodoo doll. And ghost event (for a photo objective or the event objective), EMF, crucifix and low sanity are the only objectives you can easily get with cursed possessions (maybe the candle blowout too?). Besides getting a cursed hunt and getting the Repel and Escape objectives, of course. The Motion Sensor objective is usually easy once you know where the ghost is. The Parabolic is hit or miss depending on the ghost type and the RNG (Mylings answer it more readily).

It's a 3 evidence challenge, so with short hunts and all of the cursed possessions at your disposal and high sanity meds, this is easier than Professional. It's pretty much a cursed possessions sandbox.
