I didn't talk about Raidraptors or Phantom Knights in the video, so real quick:
I play both Phantom Knights and Raidraptors with only one copy of Rank-Up-Magic Force and it's completely fine. Both decks can search it, both decks can recycle it with Raider's Unbreakable Mind, it's not a card you need to run more than one of.

As for Torn Scales, the skill mills Torn Scales from hand or deck. You do not need to draw Torn Scales to play PK. The only thing that drawing Torn Scales does is give you a lot more flexibility with the OTHER card you mill. Opening Torn Scales more frequently will make your deck more consistent but not necessarily increase your win rate because every PK card you could mill has an effect you want to activate at some point during the turn, and it might just be better to run 2 Limit 3 traps in place of the 2 other Torn Scales that do nothing for you if you open 2 of them.
