52Why you should never let your pc fans spin when dusting your pc with an Air Blower.
A computer fan is an electric motor and If you spin it manually, it will turn into a dynamo that generates electricity.
The buildup of dust inside your PC can clog fans and cause overheating issues that can affect the performance of the computer and potentially reduce its overall lifespan.
The use of an air blower to remove buildup from inside a computer's case is an inexpensive way of keeping your computers running their best.
When you blow air into the case it's not good to let a fan spin freely, as it can generate enough electricity to light up the fan’s leds and possibly damage the motherboard.
And while there are protection measures in place in most modern quality boards, it doesn’t hurt to be careful and just hold the fan or jam it so it doesn't spin while blowing air.
