Oh man, I actually did it. Attempting this run was hell. It surely got my blood pumping. Absolutely anything can go wrong in this run:

The starting room isn't too bad. Those Imps can snipe you unexpectedly. With ammo management, you can end the scuffle with 40 plasma rounds for the Pain Elemental. By the time I reach the Berserk room, I'd have plenty of ammo for the Revenants and the Archvile in the Green key area. The most annoying resets were the jump to the Chaingunner area and that damn Imp causing infighting! Ugh, the strat was to lead the following Imp shots to the wall to prevent the Chaingunner from waking up. The majority of my attempts ended there. There were a few times where I reached the Cyberdemon room but I would choke and die from splash damage or failed dodges. I'm just glad this curse is over.
