2Welcome to the fourth episode of the DOOM playthrough, as the title suggests. This is a pistol start on each level on Ultra violence difficulty. Things are as bad as it can get in the original DOOM episodes. Thy Flesh consumed is probably the most entertaining episode in my opinion. However, if you're unprepared, some of these levels can be dreadful.
