Realized I don't have a video on this. Apparently it has the same issue as TDA where it really hates being above my capture card's refresh rate. Mod support is still hidden behind a Steam beta and billed as a "preview", who know if it will ever really release.

Game capture was done using a separate PC, so there is no performance loss.
