I go for the first and second secrets right at the start, going to the left and grabbing the Supercharge. I grab the rocket launcher early too. Third secret is in the cave with some Armor.

I go for the fourth secret, tanking the floor damage to lower the platform without wasting Invulnerability. I equip my rocket launcher in case any barons block my way to the teleporter. I grab the Megaarmor to get a really good health and armor stack to last the rest of the level.

I then waste all my rockets going for the fifth secret trying to hit some shotgunners and fail. The sixth and final secret is a box of rockets and then it's time to get to the end of the level.

In the red cave, I get the baron to infight with the cacodemon to distract it as I make my escape. It could not have gone any better, my shotgun shots were so well placed. And not taking any damage at the teleporter by prefiring a BFG shot perfectly was great too.

I clear out the room that's full of monsters and luckily none of them really respawned in my way as I rushed past. This section can always go really badly.

Next up, the awkward cave section. I use mouse movement to move more precisely along here. Unfortunately a cacodemon respawns behind me but thankfully didn't deal too much damage.

The yellow key room, I wait for both cacodemons to appear so I can take them both out safely with a single BFG shot, then I gotta make a move on before anything respawns. Prefire the Yellow Door to take care of the barons and reach the exit.

Overall, this run is a pretty decent way of showing how anyone could beat this level on Nightmare. A time save could be to rocket boost to skip a teleport trigger, skipping an entire section and going straight to the awkward cave section toward the end.
