Gameplay of the demo version of .Hack//The World, a video game for the Windows PC gaming console.

Unfortunately, this video game is discontinued and was never completed (but it does seem that the creators made the assets public so hopefuly someone continues the project), however 'apparently' it seems that if you donate to the project which I believe people can still do, then you should be able to receive an 'alpha key' code and then you use that to register your account and play the video game. The other option to play this game is 'apparently' it is open for free play by 'anyone' without an 'alpha key code' on Fridays and Saturdays. I unfortunately tried on a Sunday (today, the day I am uploading this video) so I don't know if this Friday/Saturday thing is still 'real' or 'not'.
I will try it another time because I would love to play any dotHack fan games.
