It has been six years since the last game in this series came out. 2017’s Double Dragon IV had a cool approach to its 8-bit style but it was disappointing beyond that. I’m happy to say that the wait for a good new game in this franchise is over because Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons is fantastic. Maybe…the best?
