Find and click ''Line & Paragraph Spacing'' at the top menu.
Select ''Double''.
Alternatively:
Select the text / entire document.
Click ''Format'' at the top menu bar.
Place your cursor at ''Line & Paragraph Spacing''. Select ''Double''.
How To Custom Line Spacing In Google Docs:
Select the part you want to perform custom line spacing or the entire document.
Click ''Line & Paragraph Spacing''.
Select ''Custom Spacing''.
Set your preferred value and click ''OK'' to save changes.
