Dragon Quest II 87: Mini-Bosses
These are the three mini-bosses that you will have to tackle before meeting with Hargon.
The first is Atlas. I assume he is named after the Titan that supports the Earth on his shoulders. Actually, that is almost obvious for anyone that knows a bit about Greek Mythology. He is really strong, but doesn't have any magic.
Next up is Bazuzu. He is a palette swap of the Devils that you met in Rhone. He knows every attack spell in the game, including some ones that can make your fight a bit annoying.
Last is Veliar. This palette swap of the Arch Demons knows Explodet and Heal All. Also, he has a really high attack power and defense rating. Spells like Sleep, Stopspell and even Defense tend to have no effect. All you can do is keep yourself healed and use your best attacks.
