Another average game trotted out by Capcom Creators and Souls Youtubers as excellent when its barely passable.

Some insanely odd design decisions as well, single save lot, lack of M+K gestures for the inventory screen (eg, multi-select items and drag/drop to move items around) is ridiculous for a huge AAA company like this.

Its the lack of innovation and outright backwards design coupled with larger channels hyping the game. It's the most bog standard boring RPG gameplay I've seen in years, probably since anything on the 7th console generation.

Played on an RTX 3090 + 5900X @ 1080p Quality DLSS + Ray Tracing OFF on the LOW preset.
