This game is siiiiick. I love the scoring system. The core of DLW scoring is the Aspect Shift system. Essentially, bombs are replaced with Aspect Shifts, which are sort of like a combination of PCB borders and TD trances, but their duration can be extended via grazing and (depending on shot type) they do not make you invincible (though they do still give you a screen clear, making them useful for survival). The longer you can drag out an AS, the bigger the PIV boost and score bonus you are rewarded with. If you die during an AS, however, you get nothing. You can cancel an AS either by letting it time out or by starting another one, which will "cash in" your PIV and bonus.

I stopped recording this run after failing the boss's second spell, since that's where the run stops being worth watching. Trust me, it was all downhill from there. =p

Other than that, the main thing that needs improvement on this route is the final kedama section, and possibly the post-midboss kedama section.

I'm pretty excited to see where this game goes. I'm honestly looking forward to this game more than I'm looking forward to WBaWC. The newest trial (v0.01b) releases in a few days, but in the meantime, this version can be downloaded here:
