Welcome to the journey in Chuusotsu 1st Graduation - Time After Time! (Blind)

Arue's mother gave everything to raise her children. Living in an old house full of leaks and crumbing walls didn't deter this small family from finding joy in life. But this life is not sustainable for a sickly mother and her two children. Arue determins that she will excell at the Authorized Power Certificate test so she can qualify for a government job and help her family ascend from squaler. But when she contracted a childhood illness that took her from school she fell into the ranks of the Chuuotsu, the social outcasts who hold no rank and can have no jobs. With a dertermination to change her faite she seeks to take the assessment to get the Authority she has always dreamed of.

In the strange future of Chuusotsu, the world has fallen under a single government that dicates that all people are to be given jobs fitting to their abilities. Arue is one who has no authority and thus has no position in society. She along with two other girls strive together to escape the oppresive name society has given them, the Chuusotsu!
