Ominous photogenic scud spotted in Jeannette PA, and the aftermath of the Torrential Rain in Hempfield Twp. as well as Greensburg. NOTE: The rotation of the scud was too slow and its rotation was not sustained enough to be classified as a funnel cloud.

Backstory: Drenching storms formed along the Stationary front parked along Pennsylvania and Ohio. A wave of thunderstorms grew in strength as they reached westmoreland and Indiana Counties. One of them producing the Above mentioned photogenic Scud. Storms produced a ton of rain before moving off forming a distinct Line Echo Wave Pattern that hammered central and east Pennsylvania.
