This is a little spoken about Psykio shooter, called Cannon Spike in 2000. Released in Arcades and the Dreamcast in the same year, it utilised the characters of Capcom games to control such as Mega Man, King Arthur from Ghost and Goblins, Cammy from Street Fighter games and Hood from Dark Stalkers. It’s a fun blast made by Psykio masters and well worth giving it a go for some mindless shooty fun.
