Dying Light is a survival horror game developed by Techland. It was released on January 27th 2015 on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One. You as the player assume the role of Kyle Crane. He was sent into Harran, Turkey, a quarantine zone, as an undercover agent working for the GRE. Very quickly after landing, he teams up with a survivor group that is led by Harris Brecken. His mission is to get a file back from the dictator Kadir "Rais" Sulaiman. In doing so, he muse decide on whether to help the survivors he is with or focus on his mission from the GRE. The game takes place in an open world environment. Combat is almost completely restricted to melee combat as noise attracts zombies to your area. During the day, the zombies are slow and easy to avoid. This is the time where players will attempt to find resources and complete mission objectives. All that changes when the sun goes down...
