Dystopika is a visually stunning citybuilder with minimal game mechanics to get in the way of creativity. This is a shockingly good game/design tool I don't really know what to call it besides stylish as hell.

The game is priced right at $8 especially if you just want to make your own little Bladerunner film. The roadmap doesn't overpromise and mostly involves improving what already makes the game awesome.
