--You Simply unzip the level and put the folder PBR here...

PBR is the level name
Without Oil installed the level will likely crash before it loads. Since it is a prefab mod. Also, Shift-R resets all vehicles (and mods) Knocked over oil signs will be reset.
Only bad thing about this is the fact deleting traffic will also delete the prefab (Should not do that, thats a bug, it has got to be)
Traffic will spawn on that first section of track and follow it, then turn around and come back :D Later when much more is completed, they will have somewhere to go instead of turning around.
This is really early. Not even all the starting line is completed. And its pretty short segment that's here to demo. Blink and you will be through it LoL.
Some weird behavior, sometimes the wind does not blow the start sign. Hitting F11 twice, seems to kick start it. Added a new emiiter and it was working just before I zipped the level.
You welcome to use any track assets in the art folder. Some others are in there from other track, not sure if they all are working. You can also use this level and make your own with the assets, basically it is the same 4096x4096 starter map I shared a week or so back.
Some particles may seem strange. I am not sure what particles are saved in this level.
