PSI Rockin Omega would have been learned at level 75, by the way.

Also, the Sea Pendant does give 100% resistance to Flash. Gygas phase 1 turn 1 is the most risky part of the fight in speedruns because of Rockin Beta.

...and I apparently forgot that Thunder totally removes PSI shields in one hit, although I think it doesn't work on Gygas' shield and also I don't think Gygas' mystery attack interacted with shields at all.
