Need $5000 to acquire the welding station.
With that I would suggest starting this method with at least $30,000 but you could start slow growth with around $10,000. Just remember when buying the vehicles to retain about $1,100 towards each vehicle you buy for the welding after.
- Go to the Junkyard. Buy all vehicles you can afford.
- Repair the frame damage with the welder.
- Sell repaired vehicle.
- Repeat.
