I recently heard about this thing call "Rocket League Trainer" which is an application that gives you the freedom to create custom sceneries in the Rocket League free play mode. You can choose the position of your car and the ball, and use it as a way to practice certain drills and situations. It's a great tool, and I recommend giving it a try if it's something you might find helpful! :)
