Due to the security issues with later versions on Windows like NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 when starting Edmark Demos (aka CD-Rom Previews) (1997-98 Edition) and later versions of Dear Parent Videos e.g. Let's Go Read Series, A box appears with the Message 3 times or 2 times on starting up Dear Parent Software...

Smacker Error: “Error loading D:\DEMO\DEMODATA\SMKX\SMACKX32.X32
Smacker Error: "Error loading D:\DEARPAR\DPDATA\SMACKX32.X32

Then another message says: Script error: Xtra not found “smacker” and if you clicked stop it quits, and click continue it comes up with the closing screen (Edmark Demos) but continues to work on Dear Parent but the videos do not work due to the smacker issues on NT.
