22:56 Don't know if Richard forgot about the Permanent Tech Jen had due to her scenario but that Card has 3 symbols one of those is Colonize that she could use when settling a planet to lower the requirement by 1, so instead of using all 4 cards she should have used 3 and keep 1 in her hand to use next turn has an Action and settle that planet with the 3 cards plus the symbol on the Tech

31:17 Again, the Fertile Ground Tech Jen had at the start of the game also gives her a Research Symbol, so in this case she has 3 Research and not 2, she could follow and do a Research Role now

38:43 No... she gets to draw 3 and keep 1 not 2... also she has another Survey symbol on the last planet she Colonized so it should be Draw 4 and keep 1

43:43 Wrong discard pile to put the survey cards... that's the planets discard pile!
