Do you believe you can be more secure in your emotional connections and relationships?

You can change your attachment pattern, even if you have a diagnosis of BPD or NPD. This video will discuss all 4 attachment types and the techniques you can use to help move toward a secure attachment type. Discover those things about yourself that make you unique and special. Confront your conceptualization of self and other, stay here and now and challenge the urge to act out toward self and other, while clarifying your views and beliefs before taking them at face value or acting on them, and ask yourself “what is another explanation?”.
This video will talk about allowing yourself to be comfortable being alone and that being alone does not mean you’re worthless. Ask yourself, what things can I do that do not require anyone else? This increases your independence.
Develop a method to identify people in your life you can trust and allow those you cannot trust to leave your life, easy to say but important to do.
These are things you can do to move yourself to a more secure attachment. Be patient, it takes time, but you can do it regardless of a BPD and NPD diagnosis. You can connect emotionally and feel fulfilled.
