Important Note
This video is old. I used these rune sets to finish the game in a F2P-friendly way. There are lots of changes that happened in the game so if you just stumbled upon this video now, you might find things here are irrelevant.

Note:
The respawn time is different for every hero. Some heroes need only 3 immortality runes to achieve 1-second respawn time, while others need 4. Also, VIP players (VIP 4-7) have 1-3 seconds hero respawn time reduction.

Focused True Damage Build

Runes of Agony x4
Attack Speed Runes x2
or
Runes of Misery x4
Attack Speed Runes x2

Check the enemies' stats. If they have higher armor, choose Runes of Agony. If they have higher magic resistance, choose Runes of Misery.

Various True Damage Build

Runes of Misery x2
Runes of Agony x2
Attack Speed Runes x2

According to the devs, Runes of Misery and Agony can activate at the same time.

This build has a slightly lower damage compared to Focused True Damage Build even if both runes activate at the same time. However, this build is better when it comes to variety of damage because some enemies have higher armor and some have higher magic resistance.

The runes I have chosen are my personal preferences. They are NOT the best choices but they work for my strategies.

You don't need to copy these rune sets if you don't like it. For me, as long as you finish the map with 3 Stars, whatever runes you're using are good enough. The result is all that matters.
