For those looking to assemble the bullet, the final piece was, as you probably guessed, hidden behind the final boss. Those who manage to kill him will see his body turn to bones, with his skull hiding the casing. Once you get it return to the blacksmith immediately to turn it in.

The other three pieces are in the following locations:

Floor 2 - Shop
Floor 3 - Mine cart puzzle (Solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhH1j8k0xmU )
Floor 4 - Wide gap puzzle (I don't know if there is a solution besides flying, as thats how I got mine.)

Those wondering why I don't have a complete bullet, well, the one run where I had 120 in cash on the second floor and made it to the blacksmith was also the run where I decided to make my shortcut (because that is a lot harder to do). Expect me to obtain it either later today or tomorrow with footage!
