Tips
1 - If you have a heal spear (Yelsy 5 star WA1), use it at the end of "minimal damage" missions.
2 - Raoul had a moveset upgrade and his thrust attack will be your best friend. A thrust attack is charged by hold button at first, then tap after holding. The longer you hold the stronger the thrust.
3 - Mission 10 (vs Demonigrenze) hit boss in the back as much as possible, especially when the shield is up.

Understanding Raoul's hold attacks:
Vertical spin hold
When you press and hold, Raoul will do a vertical spinning attack which will also double as defense protecting yourself and others in the circle from most damage, knock backs, and status conditions. Although highly defensive and lacking in offensive, if you then tap after the hold, you will do his most powerful thrust attack that charges ~1/4 of MA1 if the hold is fully charged (use the air circle on the ground to gauge your charge).
Horizontal spin hold
If you press and hold in the middle of a combo, Raoul will use a horizontal spinning attack which does not have any defensive abilities. However it charges MA quicker than the vertical hold. If you tap after hold, there is still a thrust attack but the power is much less than vertical spin hold's thrust attack.
Changing between the spin holds
If you are stuck in one spin hold and want to change to another, simply release the hold, and hold again. Raoul will quickly switch between the spin holds to your liking.
Choosing your spin hold!!
This is a bit trickier to learn, as it took me a while to understand what he does here.
If you queue up a hold attack in the middle of a combo, Raoul will consider the hold as part of a combo, and use horizontal spin hold.
If you wait until the last hit is made and hold after a combo, Raoul will consider the hold as part of a new combo, and use vertical spin hold. Despite so, there is minimal (if any at all) time lost to start a new combo.

Secret Mission 03 - Clear each RUSH before you run out of time
Secret Mission 04 - Reach the designated point ASAP
Secret Mission 05 - Defeat all enemies while taking minimal damage
Secret Mission 06 - Defeat as many enemies as you can
Secret Mission 07 - Defeat all enemies ASAP
Secret Mission 08 - Clear each RUSH before you run out of time
Secret Mission 09 - Defeat all enemies while taking minimal damage
