This is a rather lovely Conversion of Namco's simple platform game. Run along the levels, jumping to avoid ghosts and other enemies, collect fruit as you go and navigate over various platform-based obstacles and springboard jumps over lakes.
(Apparently you can change the control method, so ignore the ramblings about that)
