epv run/ axle needs JB weld + result
0tried 6 dollar jb weld day after, saves purchase of 60-300 dollar welder, am impressed.
About history:
in past few months the impact screws on the axle were getting loose, having the tensioner hold the axle. I put in weld around the tensioner gap and screws. i took the screws off to have it contact both the support beams and handle bar beam. the axle tore completely off somehow sometime ago..2012? idr. The scooter is a 2002 Xtreme 360 with obvious mods like open surge circuits, 1000 w motor, cter, seat mod and front double beam support due to the tear from the handle bar in 2010-2012 I think. it's a dual beam with a spring around the inner beam, driven by impact 300lb torque to hold the beam in place. The inner beam without screws makes the front wheel turn. Future mods include a 3 switch device to close the circuit from the battery, and new batteries ofcourse.
