Gear is 5 Medium 1 Heavy 1 Light. For Entchantments on the gear go for max magicka if you have 30k health. 30k health is just there for the survivability.

Chest - Trainee/Heavy/Reinforced
Hands - Essence Thief/Medium/Divine or Impen

Skills can be also adjusted depending on if you are solo or in a duo/group
Frontbar:
Flames of Oblivion
Fiery Contingency (scribing skill so put on flame damage, increase direct damage by 2000 and last grants major brutality and sorcery)
Engulfing Flames (can be changed to Burning Talons in group unless you have another DK running Talons)
Deep Breath
Molten Whip
Ultimate: Ferocious Leap (in duo/group you can keep it or swap it out for Shifting Standard)

Backbar:
Healing Soul or Coagulating Blood
Hardened Armor (hardened helps with survivng due to the damage shield)
Vigor
Cinder Storm
Elemental Susceptibility
Ultimate: Undo (for the Minor Protection Corrosive Armor is for losers simple as that)

All Clips happened last year so I dont know if this is still in or if ZOS decided to remove now sets/skills and make PvP as boring as possible.
