The Litany of Blood is a special quest of the Dark Brotherhood in Elder Scrolls Online - ESO, that requires the assassination of specific persons in different zones. Completing the mission will grant you the “Executioner” title and Cadaverous Assassin Polymorph appearance.
To start the mission, go to the following location, and speak with Nevusa.
The book contains detailed information about the targets. You can access the book either, from the shrine, or from your inventory.
Now, here is who to kill, and where.
Just a couple of important notes before we start.
If you can’t find the target, there is a big chance that someone else had killed him, and needs few minutes to respawn. Second: you can identify target’s name by hovering the mouse over him.
Your first target’s name is Cimalire, and she is in Auridon - Skywatch, walking around the city
The second target is Dirdelas, walking in and out of Grahtwood - Elden Root, should be easy to spot him.
The third target is Caraleth, in Greenshade - Marbruk, and she usually is inside the fighter guild, although she goes out sometimes.
The next one is Sihada, in Malabal Tor - Vulkswasten, she spends her time cleaning the streets of the village, easy to find.
The next one is Dablir, in Reapers March - Rawl'kha, He is usually walking around the town, easy to find.
The next one is Dinor Girano, in Devons Watch - Stonefalls, He spends most of his time close to the bank, but sometimes walks around the city.
Next one is a guard named Cindiri Malas, in Deshaan - Mournhold, He usually stands between the market and the bank, and patrols the streets sometimes.
The Next one is a grass cleaner named Gideelar, in Shadowfen - Stormhold, She usually cleans the grasses close to the way shrine and around this area, easy to locate.
The Next one is Hakida, in Eastmarch - Windhelm, and she usually patrols around this narrow area.
The Next one is Eldfyr, in Rift - Riften, and he usually walks in and out the fighters guild.
Next is Cesarel Hedier, in Glenumbra - Daggerfall , and he usually walks around the stable.
The Next one is Alix Edette, in Stormhaven - Wayrest, she spend most of her time in the dock area.
Next is Bolaag, in Rivenspire - Shornhelm, he is usually seen close to the front gate, performing some entertainment activities.
Next is Ebrayd, in Alik'r Desert - Sentinel, he is usually seen close to the forge.
And the final one is Berea, in Bangkorai - Evermore, She is usually seen between the market and the tavern, sometimes sitting outside the tavern.
