Pairing with the Apple devices is very simple due to the H1 type setup with the animated popup walking you through the process. With Android it is still easy to do but requires a special procedure the first time of pairing.

Android pairing (most versions Pie etc)

First go into the Bluetooth devices in the Android setting cog. Then click on add a Bluetooth device.
Now open the i200 TWS lid and wait until the green light goes out. When the light goes out press the button on the box for a few seconds but no more than 10 seconds and release.
The device should appear as Airpods in the list of available devices.
After the initial pairing you will only need to open the case and insert the pods into your ears to reconnect.

Factory reset (Android and IOS devices)

Make sure the pods and charging case have battery power (ideally 50% or more)
Open the lid on the i200 TWS and wait for the green LED to turn off.
NExt press and hold the case button until the smaller blue led is visible, continue to hold until the lights all go out.
Release the button and close the lid.

This will factory reset your Etmaxter i200 TWS airpods.

If you are immediately reconnecting to another device allow a few seconds for the buds and case to reboot or re-sync before attempting to reconnect.
