Features Dragon. His attacks:

Corrupt = Does damage, Removes Buffs, Inflicts Status Conditions (Including ID)
Blow = Does damage proportional to how many buffs and status effects you have. More buffs and status effects = More pain, also inflicts status.
Voltage = Pretty much wipes the team if not prevented or resisted. You should bring someone with Volt Phropecy/Antivolt into this fight for sure.
Curse = Inflicts Curse and heals proportionally to how much damage is done.
Fangs = This attack is probably the one you should be most scared of, and what kills most teams.

I pretty much just beat him by chugging Ethric Charged Fire Stars into his face. while healing off damage. I recommend level 70+ team.
