EVADE-MAX is a skill that allows pilot to enhance their own wanzer evasion upgrade to the maximum level. Therefore it won't get activated if the wanzer's evasion is already on the maximum level or not having a single evasion upgrade yet. This could allow player to save AP that distributed to equip the evasion upgrades. But the downside is as a skill would not be activated every single time, it might be risky to use it as a way to save AP.
It is acquired by equipping SHUNWANG 1 leg part and no shoulder-type weapon. It comes in 3 slots and usually not a better option than just allocating your AP for the actual evasion upgrades.
