You can create a hotkey to open a hidden hotbar that links to other jobs hidden hotbars. When you are past level 30 and promote a job, the base version is no longer used but still exists. You can use the base version as free real estate to create macro menus. I show you my hidden menu, macros and an example of my base archer and white mage jobs being used as macro holders.
