This video is my second attempt at speedrunning Extermination on the PS2. As the title points out, I failed yet again, but I was on the path to success had I not made that little mistake of falling off the ledge while getting on even grounds with Roger. In this run, I went and make sure I got the second missile launcher component and the last battery pack expansion. The one part I still stagger on is the Executioner boss. From looking at other videos, I might have a chance if I get the shotgun expansion to kill it faster or use the grenade, which is risky. I also tried to go for as much healing items that came in my sight. Again, it's still challenging to know which item is not a file. I was not wasteful with my grenades this time and I avoid more enemies than before. I also know which rooms not to waste my time in as I know for sure where the important items are located (except for all of the healing items). I picked up a few magazines for my rifle as well just to be on the safe side. I will run it again and this time, I will succeed without foul ups and do much better facing Roger and once I complete that, I will be able to beat the game with the fastest time.
