I find a few things the game kinda freaks out over. The first one the enemy must have spawn outside and wandered away or something. Once you exit a run you can't save and return to it so even if it crashes, you're out of luck :(

The wall tentacles have infinite health so if you need to heal and have the right equipment you can abuse them for free healing. (i.e. dazed attack + projectile damage on dazed heal = exploit)
