F1 23 (PS5) Driver career (Year 1, Race 10) (Austrian)
0Year 1 Race 10 AUSTRIAN GP, 2x practice session, Full qualifier, Sprint (12 laps) and long race 36 Laps
After a DNF in the Canadian GP we set of with Practice session here in Austrian GP. everything ran smoothly during P1 as we go into Q1 with a decent lap time doing enough to make it to Q2 and Q3. finishing qualifier in Pole for the 12 lap Sprint.
We fitted new car parts ready for P2 witch also goes smoothly into the 12 lap sprint. controlling the sprint for 12 laps with a slow start off the grid but finished in Pole with no issue.
Onto race day 36 laps starting at the Top of the grid we get off to a good start with a little nudge around first 2 bends good gear changes keeps us in front. after some laps late a confusion with the Team and my self course me to Manuly call for a pit stop taking my eyes off the road and driving off the track.
turning the car around and getting back on track we head in for a Pit stop. with only the 1 stop strategy we going back out dropping back a few places and with all drivers in front already pitted the real race is on.
