Kraken Overview
The Kraken boss definitely ranks top for being the largest enemy in Fable; he easily takes up the entire space of the pool. Fortunately though, provided you are nippy on your toes, you can defeat this boss without taking a single hit; strafing and barrel rolling are the key.

The first part of the battle will consist of the Kraken hiding underwater and only using his tentacles to attack. Keep in mind that it will attempt to smack you with its massive tentacles. A barrel roll is all that's required to evade them though, so concentrate on taking out each tentacle one by one and eventually when all are disposed of, the Kraken will show itself; and is it ugly!

The Multi Arrow Will technique is a great help here and will help dish out maximum damage upon the Kraken. Keep firing away and casting the spell whilst evading the monster's laser beam attack that will shoot from its mouth. Eventually it will return underwater and you will have to face the five tentacles once again before the Kraken will re-emerge. Repeat this procedure until victorious.Krakens are large, serpentine creatures that live in the waters surrounding Albion. One of them appears as a boss creature in Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters, which you have to fight when rescuing Scarlet Robe from Bargate Prison. You get a Kraken Tooth trophy after defeating it.lthough rarely seen, information on these mysterious aquatic leviathans can be gleaned from the Creatures of Albion Book III and the knowledge of the Snowspire Oracle.
Created after the event that the Oracle terms the "War of the Gods", Krakens were among the first creatures to inhabit the world, coming to live in the nine seas that surround Albion. As Trolls lived on land and as Dragons ruled the skies, Krakens came to rule the oceans. Unlike their brethren, however, Krakens did not suffer nearly as much from the rise of Humanity and the creation of the Old Kingdom, content with lurking in the deep oceans and occasionally preying on ships, earning a deserved reputation among the people of Albion for their ferocity in combat. According to the Snowspire Oracle, no Hero could boast of killing a Kraken before the rise of the Hero of Oakvale.

Even as the passing of the ages has proved detrimental to other Albion creatures that gradually found themselves hunted, Krakens have always remained an elusive apex predator. Reaver recalls in his diary that a Kraken attacked his ship, indicating that the beasts survived well into the Age of Enlightenment.

Krakens do not limit their attacks to the seas of Albion -- Fable: The Balverine Order describes a Kraken attack on Rackam's ship, proving the creatures still thrive even during the opening days of the Age of Industry. The Kraken appears at the end of the quest Rescue Scarlet Robe, when the Hero of Oakvale and Scarlet Robe pass back through the Underground Chamber after escaping from Bargate Prison. The first part of the battle consists of the Kraken hiding in the pool of water, using its tentacles to attack. It will attempt to smack you with its tentacles but the only thing you need to do is roll when you see it is about to hit you and hit its tentacle with your weapon. After you hit all of its tentacles, the Kraken will show its head and attack you with its energy beam. Shoot its head with your bow and eventually he will go back in the water. Repeat this process to defeat the Kraken. In Fable, when first passing through the Underground Chamber, the Kraken will appear as a tiny red dot in the center of the pool on the mini-map, indicating that it is deep underwater. However, in Fable: The Lost Chapters, the dot does not appear on the map, instead it will appear in the inventory map.
During their voyage to Albion from the South Islands, the ship carrying Thunder and Whisper came upon a nest of Krakens.
In Fable II, Elizabeth Spade, the mother of Sam and Max, mentions that a Kraken killed their father.
In Fable II, Reaver mentions in his diary that when his ship encountered a Kraken at sea, he threw two of his lovers and all unneeded crew overboard in an attempt to escape.
In the novel Fable: The Balverine Order, the pirate ship on which the protagonists have booked passage is attacked and destroyed by a Kraken.
When entering Hook Coast for the first time, a Kraken fountain can be seen near the first stairs.
