Hi friends and aspiring artists!
In this video I'm reviewing the Fabriano Artistico watercolor paper.
More info:
- Cold-pressed
- Grana fina (grain texture)
- 100% cotton
- Acid free
- 9" x 12"
As I mentioned, this is the first quality paper I try besides the Arches papers.
My first impression is really good:
- The texture is grainy, but not too grainy. Unlike the Arches Rough, this one is easier to use.
- It keeps the paint wet for a while, which I like.
- The blending is really smooth on this one.
I recommend beginners to check it out, and in general invest in good paper. It's one of the most important components for a good painting!
If you are interested in getting this paper, here's a link to Amazon (affiliate - you pay the same price, I get a commission):

Thank you for watching. If you enjoyed make sure you subscribe for more paintings and drawing tutorials, reviews and motivation! Also feel free to leave a comment with a video request or anything like that.
Thank you, and have an amazing day,
