Boogeyman's Hood is given to you by Eulogy Jones in Paradise Falls, as a reward for convincing Bumble (with a successful Speech check) into leaving Little Lamplight. A child slaver is waiting outside the cavern to pop a collar around Bumbles neck. Return to Eulogy as he will now give you the hood as payment. This mini-quest is available after you have visited Little Lamplight.

It is arguably the best headgear for a "true" Raider-style character, due to it's 8 Damage Resistance instead of 3, as the other Raider-headgears. Although if you use V.A.T.S. alot, you might want to have Ledoux's Hockey Mask instead. In this case, the Boogeyman's Hood is still a good headgear for companions, if you use them "true" Raider-style too.

You can equip any person in the whole game world doing reverse pick pocket. Pick pocket someone and place a weapon or armor into there inventory, Now fast travel away then back again, They now will have what ever you gave them equipped, This works with all armor and weapons, Now you can steal there one of a kind clothing or weapon if you want to, This way you don't have to kill them to get the rare items from them. I have a few clips up showing how to do this, You might want to watch them.
