Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! Good people of the interwebs, That UK Bloke here, and In this video I will show how you can level up & get every single Perk in Fallout 4, before you’ve even left Vault 111, using the command console.

Firstly, before you can do anything, you must get to the Pip-Boy, I’ve tested this method several times, and it appears you need the Pip-Boy to make this work. So make your way to the Pip-Boy & put it on.

In order to do this cheat, you will need to open the command console, so you need to find the tilde key on your keyboard. If you have an American style keyboard, it should be just below the escape key & above the tab key.

If you find this is not working, you may find that it is to do with your keyboard settings. You might also find the tilde key next to your enter button which is normally the quotation marks. If you still have trouble, I suggest changing your keyboard settings to US.

So, press the tilde key and bring up the command console, then type in the following command:

Player.setlevel 10 & Press Enter

Once this has finished, exit the command console, enter the Pip-Boy & spend your 9 points. Save the game just in case something goes wrong further down the line.

Enter the command console again and type

Player.setlevel 20 & Press Enter

Again, once this has finished, exit the command console, enter the pip-boy, spend your 10 points, and save the game again.

Repeat the process again in steps of 10 levels until you get to level 260. For the final one you can up this to 272, which will in turn give you the last 12 points needed to fully complete the perk chart.

As I said in the beginning, I have tried many routes using this method & this seems to be the most sure fire way to get the right amount of perk points needed to complete the chart.

Here’s the process again…

Open Command Console
Type Command: player.setlevel (then a number in steps of 10)
Once finished, close command console
Open Pip-Boy
Spend Perk Points
Save Game
Repeat

This whole process should take you about 45mins to 1hr to complete, but once done you can face the wasteland with every perk in place. Feel free to leave your questions & comments below
